What problems arise with traditional concrete water floors in wooden houses?
A concrete floor in a stone house has an excessive safety margin, so a significant load from the screed, which contains water pipes, will not lead to its destruction.

Otherwise, it is a matter of houses with a wooden floor. Wooden overlappings are lighter than concrete, but less durable. Wooden beams are not designed for an additional load of 250 300 kg / m2 of concrete screed. If the house is framed or wooden, then the foundation and walls may not survive unnoticed weight.

If you plan to fill the minimum layer of concrete concretes on wood beams, then you can wait difficulty. Wooden floors, as everyone knows, can play in small limits. Such fluctuations can easily break down the thin screed and lead to the destruction of the water floor pipe.
