The "correct" estimate takes into account:

a list of all works from the foundation to the roof with volumes;
list of building materials for each work;
actual prices at the moment for each type of work;
cost of materials;
shipping cost.
How to make the correct estimate, find out how much it costs to build a turnkey house and where to get information?

We want to warn immediately, a detailed estimate of "ask" from the builders quite difficult, they are more like to operate the price per square meter of construction of the house.

Different builders in the amount per m2 may include a different list of works (one is the cost of "boxes" without foundations, while others do not take into account the materials or delivery, someone considers with sticking wallpaper and communications). How to compare different builders in this case? Where is the guarantee that the prices will not increase in the process? You will have to solve these complex issues on your own.

How can simplification of comparison and selection of builders?

Usually, the bosses show you detailed prices for each type of work only when the contract is concluded, when the final cost has been negotiated and agreed upon. Find out exactly how much it costs to build a house, which types of jobs and in what sequence will be performed without accurate calculation and planning is impossible.

How do you get objective initial data?
