We make the floor in the bathroom
Frame house is your own concrete floor for the bathroom.
Despite the fact that under the first floor of the overlap wooden under the bath is desirable to have a concrete floor. So after the end of the cap, we started to floor the bathroom.
First, we made a horizontal formwork in the same plane with the surface of the cap, in place of the future bathroom.

Do not forget to foresee in the formwork openings for the passage of sewage and water pipes. In hardened concrete it will be difficult to do this.

After installation of waterproofing around the perimeter of the bathroom were installed boards of boards 10 cm high, which corresponds to the thickness of the reinforced concrete slab.
Inside, a frame was made in the form of a lattice of 100x100 mm from a periodic armature with a diameter of 10 mm. The reinforcement rods are connected by a soft wire in the thickness of 1-1,5 mm.
The finished frame needs to be lifted above the formwork by 2 - 5 cm. As substrates it is possible to use brick splinters or trimming of steel profiles for drywall. Steel fittings should be protected from below by a layer of concrete in the thickness of not less than 2 cm.
Before laying the fittings, it is desirable to pave the formwork with a polyethylene film. To prevent the film from breaking during concrete, it should be fixed with nails or shot using staplers.
If the formwork is not covered with a film, then through the cracks will flow a liquid solution with cement and accelerate the drying of concrete. This will significantly reduce the strength of the concrete slab.

During concreting it is necessary to lay in the concrete sleeves in which then will be inserted plumbing and sewer pipes. For the bathroom floor it took 0.6 m3 of M200 concrete.
Concrete was prepared in proportion to 1 bucket of cement - 1.84 buckets of sand and 2.92 buckets of crushed stone.
Fresh concrete must be immediately covered with a film, for this it is not necessary to use a whole cloth, you can use pieces.

For flooring we need:
- Armature with a diameter of 10 mm - 130 m
- Wire knitting 1-1,5 mm
- Cement - 195 kg
- Sand - 442kg (0.276 m3)
- Crushed fraction 5-20 - 655.2 kg (0.438 m3)
