Beginning of construction work. October.

Underground part of the foundation is ready. From the spot of the house, the soil-vegetative layer is taken away for further use. Installation of formwork for the cap is carried out.

The frame is ready, and there are rafters. Stacking OSB boards on the roof is underway. We try to put the OSB as quickly as possible to protect it from precipitation.

For ventilation pipes of galvanized steel with a diameter of 130 mm were used. The pipes were placed in a brick box. The comet tube 150 mm is located in the middle and is further insulated with mineral wool.

The inner surface of the walls is covered with a vapor barrier of reinforced polyethylene film. In the places of installation of radiators a skeleton of boards is provided.
