In this article we will tell about the process of building a house of 129 m2 from SIP panels and show a complete photo report.
Before starting work, geological surveys were carried out on the site and a house project was developed. On the ground floor there are rooms for general recreation and business.
And on the second floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom.

The construction of this house was planned in several stages.
1st stage construction of the main part without a garage and sauna. Relocation to the house and then the completion of the garage.
This house of vulture panels was built near Kiev.
The first thing was cleared and leveled the site and installed a fence.
We make columnar foundations of the house from CIP panels with a socle. We pour concrete into the expanded polystyrene formwork. And we save time and basement warming we get
Do not forget about the laying of sewer pipes and plumbing
After the concrete gained strength, the space under the first floor was covered with sand with a layer-by-layer tamper.
The next step was laid waterproofing and 20cm insulation brand PSB-SС
Next was made screed and prepared the foundation for the installation of the binding beam
We mount pipes of a heat-insulated floor on a coupler

Screed floor heating is ready, you can proceed to the installation of walls
The walls of the house came and unloaded for hours
Strapping and connecting bars
We lay an additional layer of waterproofing under the strapping bar and begin the installation of the walls
Install the bars in the window and door openings
It's been a couple of hours and the walls of the first floor are ready.
For this project, the overlap of the first floor is performed from I-beams. It is convenient to lay communications and ventilation ducts in them. To improve sound insulation we use a tape of felt.
OSB 22mm sheets are stacked on beams
You can begin to install the second floor of the vulture of the house
Install the walls of the 2nd floor. We close the space between the beams with OSB from the inside and insert it with expanded polystyrene foam and carefully isolate it.
Mount gables
The walls of the 2nd floor are ready, you can proceed to the installation of the roof
The roof in this project without an attic and is made of 200 mm SIP panel. Based on the girder and exterior walls of the roof
All joints are carefully ground.
The roof is ready. You can proceed to the laying of shingles
Installation of roof windows in the house is the simplest way.
