The cost is calculated as of December 1, 2023
The composition of the box: piled reinforced concrete foundation, floor on insulated concrete base, walls — SIP panels 160 mm, the floor is insulated with minwata 200 mm, the roof — metal tile.
The cost of construction is subject to clarification based on the topography of the site, soil strength, groundwater level, transportation costs for the delivery of materials, and the prices that were calculated at the time of calculation.
