The total cost of the "box" (work + materials) as of April 12, 2023 is UAH 2.232 million.

List of works included in the calculation: strip foundations made of monolithic concrete; monolithic reinforced concrete slab 100 mm (base for the floor); walls - gas block 400 mm, M 500; monolithic reinforced concrete belt; installation of the ceiling of the first and second floors; - installation of rafters and installation of metal tiles.

The cost of calculating a detailed estimate — 8000 hryvnias In case of concluding a construction contract - the cost of the estimate is returned to the customer.

The cost of construction is subject to clarification based on the topography of the site, soil strength, groundwater level, transportation costs for the delivery of materials, and prices that were at the time of calculation.
