Calculation of the cost of building a "box" according to the "Maple" project — built-up area 97 m2 (premises area 72 m2). The house consists of three living rooms, kitchen, bathroom, hall.

The estimated cost of construction of the box as of April 29, 2023 - UAH 1.0-.4 million. (works + materials)

List of works: strip foundations made of monolithic concrete; concrete base for the floor; - walls - gas block 400mm, monolithic reinforced concrete belt; wooden floor; metal tile roof.

If a construction contract is concluded, the cost of the estimate is returned to the customer.

The cost of the "box" is approximately 30-40% of the cost of the finished house. The rest of the cost is heating, electricity, water supply, sewage, decoration, fence and much more.
