At the end of the 80s (the heyday of the era of "stagnation"), a 6.2 x 2.4 m cottage was built on a plot of 6 acres. Subsequently, an external staircase of 3 x 2.7 m was added to the cottage, an attic floor and a balcony were added.

Cottage plan before reconstruction Fig. 3
On the ground floor were: a narrow and uncomfortable garage of 21 sq.m. and kitchen 16 sq.m.
On the second floor of the old house there were: a hall of 15 sq.m. and two bedrooms of 11 sq.m. A balcony of 16 sq.m was arranged around the perimeter of the building ..
In the attic, which had to be climbed by a steep and uncomfortable staircase, there was another room of 26 sq.m.
With all this, the cottage was large and very uncomfortable.
Inspection of the structures showed that the existing strip foundations are in good condition. The walls are brick. The thickness of the walls on the first floor is 38 cm., On the second 25 cm. The first floor is covered with reinforced concrete round hollow panels 6 x1 m. Overlap of the second floor - wooden beams.
Given the insufficient load-bearing capacity of the walls of the second floor, the attic, on the third floor, had to be abandoned.
A project was developed to reconstruct the cottage, which made it possible to turn it into a comfortable cottage.

A canopy dining area with a fireplace for barbecue will be organized on the terrace.
