In 2016. An old house 8.1 * 8.0m was bought in Khotyanivka village. Subsequently, the house was repeatedly completed and refurbished. The result is a rather large house 8.2 * 10m. with irrational planning.

Disadvantages.

The kitchen is 7.5sq.m. poorly lit, walk-through without the ability to arrange kitchen equipment and organize a dining area. The bathroom is located in the back of the house with an inconvenient entrance without natural light. On the second floor there is only one bedroom 22.4 sq.m. The roof is low and the layout of the bedroom is limited.

Reconstruction proposals.

To organize a full kitchen, a bathroom was transferred, which allowed to increase the kitchen area to 13 square meters. .Prozali a window opening that provided natural illumination of the dining area. The door to the terrace was cut open. The bathroom was moved closer to the staircase. Instead of the attic floor made a full second floor with a ceiling height of 2.7 m., Which accommodated three bedrooms 15.4, 12.4 and 10.6 sq.m. bathroom with shower 5.2sq.m. and dressing room 4.7sq.m.
