Project:

    The decision was made to enlarge the house by 0.5 m in width and 1.5 m in length.
    In this case, the passage between the house and the fence will be 1.5 m.
    The wall of the reconstructed part of the house borders on the old north-facing house. There are no windows in it.

All windows are south oriented.

Due to the fact that the plot has a slope under the house designed residential basement.

The total area of ​​the house after reconstruction will be 161.55 m2.

Designs:

    Column foundations will be reinforced and converted into ribbon foundations of monolithic reinforced concrete.
    Flooring - wooden,

Planning:

In the basement there will be a one-bedroom apartment consisting of stairs, which also serves as a vestibule, kitchen, bathroom and living room.

Along the blank wall is a place for a wardrobe.

The total area of ​​the basement is 52 m2.

 

 

There are two options for first floor planning.

Option one - a two-room apartment of 53 m2.

 

Option two - one bedroom apartment.

On the second floor there is a third apartment consisting of a kitchen, a bathroom, and two bedrooms.

Apartment area - 56,6 m2.
