The total area of the existing building, including the veranda, is 75 m2. The house has very inconvenient stairs to the second floor and a small kitchen.
Constructions of the existing house: foundation - strip monolithic, external walls — brick, floors – wooden beams, slate roof.

Plan of the house before reconstruction. 

The project envisages the dismantling of the old veranda and part of the first floor ceiling for the installation of stairs. Instead of a veranda, an extension of 15.9 square meters is designed, where the kitchen-dining room and the hall are located. There are stairs in the place of the old kitchen. The total area of the house increased by 6 square meters. and was 81 square meters
