Terrace reconstruction project in the village of Khotyanivka in June 2025

The reconstruction project was developed in June 2025.

The existing terrace was closed with metal-plastic structures, the floor was cold without insulation. The room was not heated.

It was planned to include the cold terrace in the warm rooms of the house.

The task was to develop a reconstruction project with maximum preservation of the existing structures and to achieve minimal heat consumption. Before entering the house, design a porch that is planned to be used as a small terrace.

Designed:

• The walls of the house will be made of 300 mm thick gas blocks, which will be lined with 150 mm mineral wool slabs and plastered.
• The floor will be insulated with 100 mm thick M 35 polystyrene, covered with a reinforced screed and
  tiled.
• The ceiling will be insulated with 350 mm thick mineral wool.
• The windows will be energy-saving metal-plastic windows.
