Reconstruction project of a two-story country house with a total area of 59 square meters. developed in April 2023

The house with a total area of 59.6 square meters. and a porch of 2.5 sq.m. The dimensions of the house are 6.0 m x 6.1 m with a bathroom extension of 2.1 m x 3.4 m. On the first floor there is a living room, a narrow kitchen and a bathroom.

On the second floor there are two rooms and a corridor. Stairs to the second floor are external, steel.

Foundations are strip reinforced concrete. External walls are made of brick.

Floating the first floor – reinforced concrete panels. Overlay of the second floor – wooden beams.

Roof - gable, slate.

The project of reconstruction of the dacha provides for an extension of 11.9 sq.m., which allowed to increase the living room by 5.6 sq.m. and place a convenient kitchen. There are stairs to the second floor in the annex. A second bathroom was also placed on the second floor.
