Project for the extension of existing foundations in the village of Tarasivka. 2026.

The project was developed in the spring of 2026.

This is what the existing foundations look like. The dimensions of the foundations are 8.9 x 13.2 m.

The task was complicated by:

the presence of a basement under part of the house;
the sewer pipes have already been laid;
another house is planned to be built close to the side wall.

The task was:

to develop several options for the layout of the house, taking into account ventilation ducts and existing sewer outlets;
based on the decision made, to develop plans and facades of the house;
to develop a project for a monolithic reinforced concrete floor;
to develop a roof project taking into account the possibility of installing solar panels panels.

From the large porch you can get to the heat generator room 2 (boiler room) and the house. The boiler room has space for a solid fuel boiler and a 100 l heat accumulator.

The entrance to the house is through the vestibule 1, behind which there is a hallway 3 with a dressing room 10. On the right side there is a kitchen 4 with an area of 12.7 m2 with a pantry.

Behind the living room (area 26 m2) there are two bedrooms 13.4 and 12 m2. One of the bathrooms is connected to the larger bedroom.
