Project for the reconstruction of an existing home.
The project was developed in 2003 Type of house for reconstruction. In the foreground there is an open terrace above the garage. As the experience of using the house has shown - the outdoor terrace is beautiful, but not expedient. It often flows and it is difficult to waterproof it.

The reconstruction of the house was to change the facades.
It was necessary to foresee the possibility of an extension of the winter garden and master's cabinet. The project provides for the placement of these spaces over the garage. The winter garden should be well lit. This led to the need for a large number of mansard windows.

Garden view. Large stained-glass windows overlook the garden. On the plot it is foreseen to arrange a terrace covered with pergola shrouded grapes (decorative canopy). This is a great place to relax in summer heat.
