A project for the reconstruction of a building with a building on an existing foundation

1. Superstructure of existing foundation Ground floor area of 115 m2. The project was developed in the summer of 2005. The foundation was originally bought. And:
- Engineering and geological research was carried out. which, fortunately, showed that it is possible to build on this foundation.
- A house design on existing foundations is a plan of what was. Now such a basement has become.

2. The ground floor is located above the ground at 2m. The shape of the ground floor is due to the outlines of the foundation. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, a study, a small kitchen - a niche (6 m2) combined with a magnificent living room (29m2). Due to the sharp-edged shape of the roof, the ceiling above the living room has the shape of a dome. On the first floor there are two bathrooms.

3. Cellar and attic. the purpose of the cellar has not yet been determined. until it is known that the basement will stand boiler. The attic is not separated by partitions, but is one large room. In the future, the area allows, it can be transformed into a separate apartment, for example, in a smart billiard room, etc.
4. Constructions
- Foundations - collectively monolithic.
- Foam concrete walls are 400 mm faced brick and insulated with filler foam.
- Overlappings are prefabricated reinforced concrete enclosed by a monolithic belt.
- Roof - slab, on wooden rafters.
