Reconstruction in a cozy house from an unfinished country house is simple.

At the end of the summer, a family couple came to our consultation for consultation. Recently they bought a country house with an unfinished "box" building.

What is negative:

• The facade "decorates" the balconies of a rusty steel sheet and channels mounted in the ceiling.
• To the balcony welded old metal stairs to the attic. The joy of these "bonuses" is not much, only collecting snow and water.
• Unexpected and dangerous "architectural solutions" were circular-hollow panels that "belive" in the air. They are not designed for such tricks and can be broken at any time.
• This same panel lay on an attached vestibule with a wall thickness of 250 mm, which began to separate from the weight of the panels from the main structure.
• The roof must definitely be changed.

Based on the wishes of our clients and their limited resources, we have developed a reconstruction project and a detailed action plan.

We decided to do the following works on the reconstruction of the house:

1. Rusty "bonuses" cut off, life-threatening panels and collapsing towbar; clean up
2. To the house add an adjoining two floors. In the annex to place: a vestibule, connected with a boiler room for a gas boiler, and an anteroom with a ladder to the second floor. In the future, from there, the entrance to the basement is planned.
3. In the main house there is a bedroom, a kitchen-studio and a large bathroom.
4. To the house to attach a car canopy.
5. At the top you plan a bedroom (14,7 and 18 m2), a small bathroom and a toilet.

How to implement such plans?

The reconstruction is scheduled to be carried out in stages:

Stage # 1. We connect electricity, do water supply and perform dismantling and construction (fitting) work.

Stage # 2. We carry out internal processing and communication. At this stage, you can live fully in the house.

Stage # 3. May be executed later. This is the insulation of the facades and decorative plaster.

To save money, we make an extension from a wooden frame with insulation with mineral wool.

A little later, clients asked for advice on accelerating the move to the house, since at that moment they were renting housing.

After the discussion it was decided:

First complete the first floor and stop there;
Later, after picking up some tools, finish the second floor.

How much can such a reconstruction of a house cost in Ukraine?

Let's answer:

Estimates were calculated taking into account the bringing into residential form only the first floor. Processing the second floor until we count.
