The reconstruction project was developed taking into account the fact that the customer had already partially built the foundation before the design began.

The project provides for the addition of a single-story structure to the existing two-story house, which includes a bedroom, living room, bathroom, utility room-laundry room and wardrobe.

The project included the drawings necessary to obtain a building permit: «Sketch of development intentions» and «Scheme of land plot development». See what it looks like here
