Honestly about weight and foundation

Strength comes at the price of mass. Brick walls weigh noticeably more than aerated concrete or a frame, so such a house needs a more substantial foundation, and building is slower and costlier. It is not a flaw but a trade-off worth weighing at the start — which is why we calculate the foundation for the soil of your plot.

Brick as cladding

Brick is often used not as a load-bearing material but as cladding over another structure — a frame or aerated concrete. This gives the look and protection of a brick façade with lighter walls. In the project we calculate the brick cladding separately.
