This is a very economical small two-storey house or cottage. The house is square in plan. Building spot 7.8 x 7.8 m. The house consists of four bedrooms, kitchen-dining room - 17.8 m2, two bathrooms and a storeroom. If desired, the kitchen-dining room can be combined with a bedroom on the first floor and get a room of about 30 m2. Heating with gas boiler or electrical appliances. For reasons of economy, the boiler is designed in the kitchen. Structurally - the house is very simple, the walls are of gaoblok, the floor is reinforced concrete panels. The roof is combined, i.e. there is no shroud, and the rolled roofing is laid on a cement screed that covers a layer of inexpensive insulation. Such a roof is the cheapest. A box of such a house can really be built in a month.
