Under the house there is a basement in which the boiler room is located. It is planned to use room 4 with an area of 13.9 m2 as a shelter. Three exits are designed for evacuation, one through the stairs in the building and two pits located on opposite facades. The basement ceiling is reinforced concrete slabs. If necessary, a monolithic ceiling can be designed.

A staircase to the basement is designed from the vestibule. On the first floor there is a bedroom, behind it — kitchen-dining room. Through the wall, next to the kitchen, there is a bathroom. The second floor bathroom is above the first floor bathroom. This decision made it possible to connect the ventilation ducts from the kitchen and bathrooms into one pipe. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, a pantry and a bathroom. The house is covered with a gable roof.
