On the ground floor there is a vestibule, a combined bathroom, a bedroom or an office and a kitchen combined with a living room. From the kitchen-dining room are the stairs to the second floor. There is a pantry under the stairs.
There is a fireplace in the kitchen.
Upstairs are two large bedrooms and a bathroom.
The vestibule provides the possibility of installing a solid fuel boiler.
You can also use a gas boiler, electrical appliances or a heat pump to heat your home. using
1 kW of electric heat pump allows to obtain 4-5 kW of thermal energy. The use of a heat pump can reduce fire risk and significantly reduce heating costs.
In summer, the heat pump can be used to cool the room. Exterior walls of aerated concrete blocks 400 mm thick. The inner wall has a thickness of 300mm.
The house is covered with a sloping roof with a slope of 50 degrees.
Design solution for a house with a longitudinal load-bearing wall. Overlapping of the first and second floors reinforced concrete panels. The foundations are ribbon of monolithic reinforced concrete.
