Project of a small wooden frame house for self-construction.

The house consists of a vestibule, three bedrooms, a kitchen combined with a living room and two bathrooms. A dressing room and a small bathroom are attached to the large bedroom. In the kitchen, it is possible to install a stove or fireplace for emergency heating.

For home heating, you can also use electrical appliances or a heat pump. By the way, using 1 kW of electricity, a heat pump allows you to get 4-5 kW of thermal energy. The use of a heat pump allows you to reduce the risk of fire and significantly reduce heating costs.

In summer, the heat pump can be used to cool the room.

Foundations - strip from monolithic reinforced concrete. External and internal walls — wooden frame with basalt wool thermal insulation. The thickness of the insulation is 200 mm.

The flat ceiling is insulated with rolled glass or basalt wool of 300 mm. The house is covered with a flat roof with a slope of 2 degrees.

If necessary, we can redo the project and change the wooden frame to an aerated concrete block or brick.

The working project of a wooden frame house includes:

1. Sketchy building intentions and a plan of the plot with the house, which are necessary to obtain a construction passport.
2. House plan, facades and sections.
3. Construction drawing. Namely: the plan of the foundations, the sweeps of the frame walls, the drawings of the floors, the necessary details and nodes of wooden structures, as well as the list and the amount of the necessary materials (concrete, lumber, insulation, etc.)

The working project is provided in two copies.
