Project of an inexpensive three-room house - Klen 5 (74 м²)

Project “Klen 5” intended for the construction of an inexpensive house for permanent residence. In order to reduce the cost of construction as much as possible, an insulated sloping ceiling was designed instead of an overlap above the rooms. Minvat slabs are laid between the rafters. The thickness of the insulation is 35 cm. The house consists of three living rooms with an area of 10.4 to 15.8 m2, a kitchen combined with a living room of 17.4 m2, a bathroom, a toilet, a pantry and a dressing room.

It is planned to use a gas boiler or electrical appliances for heating. The foundations are strip monolithic, the walls are made of gas blocks with a thickness of 400 mm, the floor is insulated with 150 mm polystyrene foam. The roof is made of bituminous or metal tiles. Roof insulation made of mineral wool, total thickness 350 mm.

This is the most economical house with good thermal insulation designed for a family of two or three people.
