The project of a one-story house up to 100 m2 consists of three living rooms, namely two bedrooms and a living room. The area of the bedrooms is 12 and 17 m2, the living area is 24 m2. A dressing room is attached to the larger bedroom. Doors to the second dressing room open from the corridor. Near the bedrooms there is a bathroom and toilet. The bathroom and toilet are separated from each other. It is very comfortable. In the bathroom there are places for a washbasin, a bathtub and a washing machine, in the toilet - for a toilet and a washbasin.
The house has a large kitchen with an area of 14 m2. In such a room there is a place for kitchen furniture, the length of the front is more than 5 m, and a dining table for six people. Near the kitchen is an entrance hall with an area of about 10 m2 with a closet for outerwear and shoes. The entrance to the house is through a spacious vestibule with which a boiler room of 6m2 is located. In a boiler room of such an area, it is possible to place a heating boiler and a heat pump. The use of a heat pump makes it possible not only to refuse to connect gas and use solid fuel, but also to reduce heating costs by 4-5 times. In addition, in the summer, the heat pump can work as an air conditioner.
Reduces the cost of heating, and improves the indoor climate system of energy-efficient ventilation. This project provides that the soil under the house is ordinary. That is, a homogeneous, not subsidence, freezing depth of 1 m. The plot is flat, and there are no groundwater. According to the abovementioned foundations, tape, made of monolithic reinforced concrete, are designed. Before starting construction, geological surveys should be done, and foundations should be designed based on what features the soil has at the construction site.
The walls of the house are made of aerated concrete blocks 375 mm thick. At the passage of the smoke and ventilation ducts, the wall is made of solid brick.
Partitions are also made of aerated concrete blocks 100 mm thick.
Overlapping wooden beams. The overlap is insulated with coil mineral wool 350 mm thick.
The roof is pitched. Rafters wooden,. Roofing - shingles. Perhaps the use of metal.
Exterior wall decoration - mineral plaster for outdoor work "bark beetle", "lamb" or other textures. It is planned to decorate the details of the facades with ceramic tiles or natural stone tiles. The basement is faced with large-format ceramic plates for outdoor work and slabs made of natural stone.

Based on specific preferences, we can develop an individual design project for facades and interiors. Individual heating, sewage, ventilation and power supply projects can also be developed. And this greatly simplifies the construction and reduce the number of alterations.
