The plan of the first floor of the two-story house includes a bedroom, a bathroom, a hallway and a spacious kitchen-living room with access to the terrace. Heating is provided by a heat pump or an electric boiler located under the stairs, and backup heating - a stove/fireplace in the living room. If necessary, a double-circuit gas boiler can be installed in the kitchen. The layout of this house combines the convenience of a bedroom on the first floor with a modern open kitchen-living room and the possibility of relaxing on the terrace.
