This is a project of the most economical and easy-to-build house, which can be used as a summer house or temporary housing. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a bathroom and a corridor - a vestibule. In the corridor there is a place for a wardrobe for outerwear.
The bathroom with an area of 2.5 m2 is quite spacious and contains a toilet bowl, a shower cabin and a washbasin. There is a window for ventilation in the bathroom. From the kitchen there is access to the terrace. On the second floor there is a bedroom.
In order to minimize the cost of construction, a minimum ceiling height is designed. In this case, it is possible to use standard door blocks. For heating, you can use a modern stove-stove or electrical appliances.
The foundation is columnar, consists of monolithic reinforced concrete piles. The house has a frame structure. Walls, partitions and ceilings consist of boards 50x150mm. Roof - 50 x 200mm. Basalt or glass wool is used for insulation. Roofing steel corrugated board.
Exterior finish - vinyl siding or corrugated steel sheet.
