Comfortable one-storey house for a family of two or three people. Dimensions of the building in terms of 14.35 mx 11.2 m. Entrance to the house through the vestibule, which provides a place for a closet with household items. After the vestibule there is an entrance hall next to which there is a boiler room. The house consists of three living rooms, two bedrooms with an area of ​​15 to 16 m2 and a living room of 29 m2. The living room is connected to the kitchen, which has an area of ​​8m2. The living room provides access to a 3 x 5.4 m terrace. The terrace area is 16.2 m2. An 8 m2 bathroom and toilet are located next to the bedrooms.

The foundation is tape monolithic reinforced concrete. One of the foundation options is the device of a compacted sand cushion, which was laid to replace the selected soft soils. A sand cushion should be made of medium-grained sand. The sand cushion should be laid in 20 cm thick layers, compacted with heavy rollers and each layer moistened. This type of foundations was adopted based on the results of geological surveys and high groundwater levels.

The floor of the house is on a concrete base with a thickness of 100 mm, which is reinforced with a mesh of 150 x 150 mm.
The horizontal waterproofing under the walls and floor shall be made of a fused bitumen-polymer membrane. Insulate the floor of the house with 150 mm expanded polystyrene. On top of the expanded polystyrene, arrange a 50mm thick cement-sand screed reinforced with a mesh. External walls and internal load-bearing wall made of 400 mm thick aerated concrete blocks. Partitions are made of aerated concrete blocks 100 mm thick. The slabs are standard reinforced concrete slabs. Ceilings must be insulated with foam or basalt wool 350 mm thick. Roofing with bituminous or metal shingles.
