One-story houses. Single-storey house project 95 m2The house on the project "Kamelia 3" includes three living rooms and a kitchen. The bathroom is separate, that is, the bathroom is separated from the toilet. The house has a wardrobe, which is connected to the hallway, and a boiler room. Entrance to the house and boiler room through the vestibule, which provides the ability to install shelves or cabinets for household needs.

In a large room there is the possibility of installing a fireplace.

For heating, you can use a solid fuel boiler, gas boiler or electrical appliances.

The foundation is tape monolithic reinforced concrete.

Foundations are designed for normal conditions. It is envisaged that the soils are not moist, not subsidence, not heaving, with a bearing capacity of at least 1.3 kg / cm2. The depth of soil freezing is 1 m.

The construction of foundations must be adjusted in accordance with the results of geological surveys at the construction site.

The floor warmed by expanded polystyrene of 200 mm. A reinforced cement-sand screed is laid on top.

A reinforced cement-sand screed is laid on top.

The walls of the house are made of aerated concrete blocks 375 mm thick, strength class B 2.5, D 400. Partitions from a gas block 100 mm thick.

The constructive solution is simple and rational. Bearing in the house are longitudinal walls on which a wooden floor is supported. For insulation of the floor, a roll mineral wool 350 mm thick is used.
