The house is designed for three to four people. Three bedrooms have an area of 10.4 to 14.2 m2. The large kitchen-studio has an area of 17.6 m2. An exit to the terrace is planned from the kitchen.
Dimensions of the boiler house allow to place both a solid fuel boiler and a gas boiler or a heat pump.
