The project is a simple one-story house for a family of three to four people. Recommended orientation of the entrance to the house to the north. Then the kitchen, as the most overheated room, is oriented to the northeast, which positively affects the energy balance. On the south side of the house there are two large windows facing the garden. On the western side, which has the highest load due to excess sun, there is only a window to the bathroom.
The house consists of three living rooms, a combined bathroom, two pantries, an entrance hall and a spacious kitchen. A feature of the project is a spacious attic that can be used to store things. If in the future the attic is insulated and a staircase is installed, then the attic can be turned into a residential attic. A gas heating boiler can be located in the kitchen or hallway.
