Working draft of a two-story house with a garage for two cars
The first floor consists of an entrance hall, which also functions as a vestibule. From the hallway there is a corridor leading to the garage. From this corridor you can get to the dressing room. Large living room combined with a kitchen area of 60.4 m2. The living room has a fireplace and access to the terrace. In a separate part of the first floor, a bedroom, a bathroom and a laundry room are designed. On the ground floor there is a garage for two cars and a boiler room. The second floor consists of three bedrooms with an area of 19-20 m2. Each bedroom has a wardrobe and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a loggia.
The foundation under the house consists of reinforced concrete piles about 10 m long and a reinforced concrete grillage. Such a foundation is caused by weak soils under the house. The floors of the first floor on reinforced concrete slabs with 150 mm expanded polystyrene insulation. The basement of the house and the grillage are also lined with 100 mm polystyrene foam. The walls of the house are 380 mm thick made of bricks with external insulation of 200 mm. Overlapping of the first and second floors - reinforced concrete panels. It is planned to use 350 mm thick insulation for thermal insulation of the second floor ceiling.
Roofing on wooden rafters. As a roofing material, it is planned to use clay or cement-sand tiles. If desired, you can use bituminous or metal tiles. For heating, you can use a solid fuel boiler, gas boiler or heat pump. A heating project and a draft forced ventilation system have also been developed. The heating and ventilation project is not included in the project cost.
