Two-storey house project with four bedrooms.
The first floor consists of the following premises: a vestibule, from which the entrance to the boiler room is provided, a kitchen combined with a living room, a bedroom or study and a bathroom. The living room has a fireplace.
The second floor has three bedrooms and a large hall. There are two bathrooms on the second floor. One of them is attached to the sleeping hosts.
The plot on which the house is designed has a noticeable slope. According to geological surveys, there are rather weak soils under the house. A strip foundation with a developed monolithic pad was designed according to the calculations performed. Foundation walls made of concrete blocks manufactured at the factory. Paving is designed around the perimeter of the house. The foundation was designed taking into account the standard freezing depth of 1.0 m. The groundwater is at a depth of 4 m with a predicted rise of 1 m.
In order to avoid troubles caused by foundation settlement, before starting construction, it is recommended to conduct geological surveys on the site, at the location of the future house. Based on the results obtained, it is necessary to develop a foundation project.
The floor level of the first floor is taken as a relative elevation of 0.000. The floor of the first floor is on a 100 mm thick monolithic concrete slab with reinforcement. On top of the monolithic concrete slab, it is planned to perform waterproofing with a modern bitumen-polymer membrane. Extruded polystyrene foam with a thickness of 150 mm is laid on top. On top of the insulation there is a reinforced cement-sand screed on which the floor covering is laid. The exterior walls of the house are made of 375 mm thick aerated concrete blocks. Internal walls are made of bricks. A monolithic reinforced concrete belt is designed under the ceiling. Partitions of the first and second floors from aerated concrete blocks 100 mm thick.
Ceilings of the first and second floors of the building are reinforced concrete panels.
The roof over the house is multi-pitched, over the porch with one slope. Roofing - bituminous tiling. The use of metal tiles is possible. In the case of using heavy clay tiles, rafters and other elements of the roof must be reinforced.
For heating and hot water preparation, it is possible to use a gas boiler or electrical appliances. Heating devices are located in a boiler room with an area of 5.2 m2.
