A simple two-story house with a basement

In the basement there is a boiler room, which can accommodate several heating devices, such as a heat pump and a pellet boiler or solid fuel. In addition, several multi-purpose rooms are located in the basement. In these premises, you can place: a sauna, with a rest room or a gym. The windows in the plinth are located above the ground surface. Therefore, if necessary, it is possible to arrange a separate two-room apartment in the basement. You can get to the basement floor both from the house and from the yard.

On the first floor there is a kitchen, a living room combined with a dining room, a bathroom, a wardrobe and a bedroom. From the spacious hall, you can take the stairs to the second floor or go down to the basement.

On the second floor there are four bedrooms and a bathroom. If necessary, each floor can be turned into a separate apartment.

In addition, three versions of the "Natalie" project were developed. In these projects, there is no basement, but a terrace has been added and the layout has been changed.
