House project with an attic for a narrow area. The dimensions of the house are 7 x 14.5 m. A terrace of about 14 m2 is attached to the house. Part of the attic floor is a roof on which an open area of about 27 m2 is located.
The first floor consists of the following premises: a vestibule, an entrance hall, a kitchen combined with a living room, two bedrooms, a storage room and a bathroom. The purpose of the vestibule is to minimize heat loss in the cold season. The hallway provides space for a wardrobe with outerwear. There is a storage room under the stairs. There is a spacious kitchen nearby - a dining room with an area of 27.6 m2. From the premises there is a projected exit to a terrace with an area of 14 m2. At the bottom of the first floor there are two bedrooms of 12.7 m2 each.
On another surface, chotiri bedrooms with an area of 12.7 m2 were installed. Rooms are divided by partitions. In case of large bedrooms, it is possible to arrange a room with an area of about 28 m2. The handrail with the bedrooms has a bathroom and two wardrobes. In the attic there is a sauna, a gym or a room with a terrace and a terrace on the floor.
