The purpose of the vestibule is to minimize heat loss in the cold season. The hallway provides space for a wardrobe with outerwear. There is a storage room under the stairs. There is a spacious kitchen nearby - a dining room with an area of ​​27.6 m2. From the premises there is a projected exit to a terrace with an area of ​​14 m2. At the bottom of the first floor there are two bedrooms of 12.7 m2 each.
