The project of a two-storey house consists of two apartments located on each floor. House of simple rectangular shape. The overall dimensions of the house are 13.48 x 12 m. On the ground floor there is an apartment of 108 m2. This apartment consists of two bedrooms with an area of about 16 m2, a kitchen combined with a living room with a total area of 36 m2 of a bathroom, a toilet and a boiler room. It is assumed that the boiler room can be entered both from the apartment on the ground floor and from the second apartment. The first floor area is 119.7 m2.
The area of the second apartment is 127.5 m2. The entrance to the apartment from the side facade is through a spacious hall in which there is a staircase to the second floor and the entrance to the boiler room. This apartment consists of three bedrooms ranging from 13.5 to 16 m2, an office of 9 m2, two bathrooms and a kitchen combined with a living room with a total area of 36.2 m2. For heating a house, it is possible to use both a gas boiler and a solid fuel boiler. The boiler room has a window and ventilation ducts.
The project provides that the base soil is homogeneous, not wet, not collapsing. The freezing depth is assumed to be 1 m. Therefore, strip foundations of monolithic concrete are designed under the house. Before starting construction, it is necessary to conduct geological surveys and adjust the foundation structure according to the results obtained.
The floor of the first floor on a concrete base of 100 mm is laid on a compacted sand bed. For floor insulation, 150 mm expanded polystyrene is used. A reinforced cement screed is laid on top, on which the floor is laid. The walls of the house are made of ceramic blocks 380mm thick with 100mm mineral wool insulation. Exterior finish - decorative brick. Overlapping of the first and second floors are reinforced concrete slabs. The overlap of the second floor is insulated with foam sheets with a total thickness of 350mm. The roof is hipped. Metal roofing covering.
