Two-storey house project with a garage. The width of the house is 17.38 m. For the construction of a house according to the project "Kryukovshchina" a wide area is needed. The dimensions of the house with a garage are 17.38 x 11.38 m.
The first floor consists of the following premises: a vestibule, a hallway with a staircase to the second floor, and an entrance to the garage. From the hall you can go to a bathroom of 13 m2, a wardrobe of 8.7 m2, and a bedroom of 16 m2. On the right side is the
kitchen combined with the living room. The total area of this room is 49 m2. There is an exit to the terrace from the kitchen.
On the left side of the house there is a garage with a boiler room. The garage area is 28m2 and the internal dimensions are 4 x 6.8m. The garage is large enough to accommodate a motorcycle or lawn mower in addition to a car. Boiler room area 8 m2. The entrance to the boiler room is through the garage.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms of 15m2, 20 m2 and 25.8 m2. The large bedroom has a wardrobe and a balcony. The second balcony provides an exit from the hall. Also on the second floor there is a bathroom with an area of 12 m2 and a small office of 9 m2.
According to geological surveys carried out in 2016, the basis of the foundations will be light, silty loam, from soft-plastic to high-plastic consistency, with interlayers of sand. The normative depth of seasonal freezing of soils is 1.08 m. Ground waters are found at a depth of 4.1 ... 4.9 m, followed by a rise of 0.8 m.
According to the calculations, strip monolithic reinforced concrete foundations were designed. The width of the base of the foundations, depending on the loads, ranges from 400 to 1500 mm. Foundation walls are made of prefabricated concrete blocks. On top of the concrete blocks there is a monolithic reinforced concrete belt 400 x 250 mm.
The ground floor is multi-layered. It consists of compacted sand bed, concrete preparation 70 mm, monolithic concrete slab 100 mm reinforced with mesh ∅8 150 x 150 mm, waterproofing made of fused euroruberoid, insulation made of extruded polystyrene foam 150 mm, reinforced cement screed 50 mm on which tiles, parquet or laminate.
External walls made of aerated concrete blocks D400, thickness 400 mm. Internal walls made of M100 bricks with M75 mortar.
Above, along the perimeter of the walls, under the floor slabs, a monolithic reinforced concrete belt is designed. Overlapping of the first and second floors - reinforced concrete slabs.
Partitions made of aerated concrete blocks 100 mm thick.
Insulate the overlaps of the second floor with foam plastic 350 mm thick. Lay a layer of vapor barrier made of polyethylene film under the insulation. Lay the foam plates on a layer of liquid cement-sand mortar with which to level the floor slabs. Glue the foam plates together.
Wooden rafters, roofing - bituminous tiles. The use of metal tiles is possible. Wooden elements are located at a distance of more than 380 mm from the inner surface of the smoke channel. If heavy clay tiles are used, the roof structure must be reinforced.
For heating and hot water supply, it is possible to use a double-circuit gas boiler, electrical appliances or a heat pump.
Ventilation from the kitchen, boiler room and bathrooms is natural with the use of ventilation ducts.
House water supply from a water supply network or a well. The water pipe should be inserted into the house under the foundation, at a depth of at least 1.8 m. Insulate the place where water enters the house with a 100 mm layer of foam.
Sewerage - with the help of local treatment facilities, consisting of a reinforced concrete or plastic septic tank.
The places of inputs and outputs of engineering communications must be determined according to local conditions and the location of the house in the personal plot.
