House project 201 m2 with brick cladding
Two-storey house with garage and basement. On the first floor of the house there is a kitchen connected to the living room with a wide opening, a bedroom, a bathroom, a spacious entrance hall and a laundry room, through which you can get from the house to the garage. Behind the garage is a boiler room. Under the garage is designed basement. The entrance to the house is through a large porch, which also serves as a terrace. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a gardero. The living room and one of the bedrooms have a bay window, which not only decorates the facade, but also visually increases the volume of the room.
