Country house 206 m2. Energy efficient two-story house with five bedrooms, a sauna and a terrace.
A comfortable energy-efficient two-story house according to the Boguslav project has the most energy-efficient form - a square. The dimensions of the house are 11.74 x 11.16 m. Given the terrace and porch, the house has a length of 15.86m. The architectural solution is driven by energy saving requirements. The main facade with the front door is oriented north. Based on the need to reduce energy costs, the minimum number of windows is designed on the main facade.
In the plan, the house consists of three parts. The central part of the house is a spacious entrance hall with a staircase to the second floor. On the left is the kitchen connected to the living room from which there is access to the terrace. The terrace area is about 20 m 2. The terrace is covered by a roof. The right side of the house consists of a boiler room, a bathroom, a sauna with a relaxation room and a small bedroom or office. On the second floor there are four bedrooms ranging from 14 to 18 m2, three dressing rooms and a bathroom.
Foundations are tape monolithic reinforced concrete. Foundations are made of concrete cl. IN 20. The project provides that the base for the foundation is solid sandy loam, with layers of dusty sand. Groundwater is at a depth of 1.6m. In adverse periods (spring snowmelt, heavy rainfall), the rise in groundwater level may be 0.5-1.0 m from the one recorded for the period of surveys. Groundwater is not aggressive for structures with a concrete grade of W4 permeability. The standard freezing depth is 1.0 m.
Floor of the first floor on a concrete base 100mm. The floor of the first floor is insulated with extruded polystyrene M35 or polystyrene foam - 200 mm. On top of the polystyrene foam, a cement-sand screed reinforced with a mesh was designed. 50mm. The external walls of the house are made of ceramic blocks 380x240x215 mm. The inner wall is made of brick grade 100 with a mortar of grade 75. The outer walls are insulated with Neopor BASF 150mm polystyrene foam. To determine the required insulation, the project carried out an energy audit and a heat engineering calculation of the required insulation thickness.
Partitions from ceramic or aerated concrete blocks 100 mm. Overlapping the first and second floors of reinforced concrete panels. The roof is economical, four-pitched, rafters - wooden. Roofing - bitumen or metal shingles.
The following engineering sections can be added to the architectural and design part of the project: heating project, ventilation, water supply and autonomous sewage project.
Engineering sections are not part of the main project. If necessary, engineering sections can be ordered additionally at an additional cost.
