The second floor is an attic. On the second floor, above the brewery, a two-room apartment is designed for the owner of the brewery or service personnel. The apartment consists of two living rooms with an area of 14.3 and 17.8 m2, a kitchen - 7.7 m2, a hallway and a bathroom. The entrance to the second floor is provided by an open staircase.
For heating and hot water preparation at the first stage, it is planned to use electrical appliances, and then, if necessary, install a solid fuel boiler in the boiler room.
The foundations are strip monolithic reinforced concrete. It is planned that the basis of the foundations will be dusty sand, with layers of sandy loam and loam, dense and low-moisture. The depth of soil freezing is 1 m.
The foundations must be adjusted according to geological surveys at the construction site.
The walls of the building are designed from aerated concrete blocks 375 mm thick, grade B 2.5 D 400. The outer surface of the walls can be faced with PSBS 25 foam 150 mm thick and plastered according to technical conditions. Partitions from aerated blocks 100 mm thick.
The floors of the first floor and attic are wooden. Mineral wool should be laid between the floor beams. The total thickness of the insulation layer is 350 mm.
The roof is pitched. The rafters are wooden. The roofing is steel corrugated board.
