Projects of two-storey brick house.
Two-storey house with attached garage and utility room (shed or workshop). The size of the house is 10.5 length, and 12 m - width. On the first floor there is a bedroom or an office, the living room is connected to the kitchen, which has access to the terrace, bathroom, stairs and Kotlova. From the stairs there is an entrance to the garage. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a large dressing room. One bedroom provides access to the balcony. For heating it is envisaged to apply a gas boiler or electrical appliances which are located in the boiler. In case of installing a solid fuel boiler, it is possible to locate the boiler in a room with a garage.
