The Cherry 2 project is a project of a one-storey house in a modern style with a flat roof. The house is intended for a large family of four to five people. Close to the entrance there is a dressing room, a boiler room and a bathroom. Opposite the front door, there is a kitchen combined with a living room. The boiler room is large enough. This allows the boiler and heat pump to be placed. An open terrace is attached to the house from the side of the living room.
Directly near the porch there is an unheated utility pantry - a barn.
The layout has excellent zoning. Four bedrooms and a bathroom are located at the back of the house.
The foundations of the house according to the Cherry 2 project are tape. They consist of a monolithic reinforced concrete cushion. Foundation walls made of concrete blocks. The foundations are calculated based on the results of geological surveys. Weak soils were found at the construction site. Therefore, a pillow of compacted river sand is designed under the foundation. The floors of the house are made of 100 mm monolithic concrete slabs. For floor insulation, it is planned to use 150 mm of foam. External and internal walls made of gas blocks 375mm thick. Ceilings - reinforced concrete slabs. The roof is flat. The roof covering is a weld-on bitumen-polymer membrane.
