An economical two-family house.
Each apartment has a boiler room, the sizes of which allow to install a boiler on solid fuel and a thermal battery. The kitchens are combined with the living room, the bathrooms are located on each floor.
Three compact bedrooms are located on the second floor.
Bearing are longitudinal walls.
Exterior walls can be made of gasblocks, bricks or ceramic blocks.
Reinforced concrete panels are used to cover the first and second floors. Such a house is beautifully located on a plot of six hundred.
