Two-storey house with four bedrooms. The peculiarity of this project is an extensive double-slope roof suitable for both installing solar photovoltaic panels and installing solar systems for water heating. On the first floor of the house there are a bedroom, a bathroom, a boiler room and a sauna. The living room is combined with the kitchen and has a convenient exit to the covered terrace. The living room is designed fireplace. The staircase to the second floor is located in the living room. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a large dressing room. For heating, you can use both a gas boiler and electrical appliances. Significantly reduce the cost of heating will allow the use of a heat pump and an effective ventilation system with heat recovery.
