Project of square two-storey house with a simple planning and terrace
Two-storey house with a full second floor. A feature of the project is the placement of the stairs to the second floor in the hotel. This planning method allowed to reduce the area of transit corridors. In addition, an open staircase is a decoration of the living room. The house is square, 10 x 10 m.
The first floor consists of a vestibule, bathroom, boiler room, bedroom, hallway, wardrobe, kitchen and living room. A wide opening joins the kitchen and living room. The living room has a fireplace. The house has a terrace that can be reached from the living room and bedroom. The second floor is an intimate, sleeping area. It includes four bedrooms and a bathroom. The house has a transverse bearing wall which is supported by standard reinforced concrete floor panels. Exterior walls are designed from aerated concrete blocks. The house is covered with a hipped roof. For heating, you can use both gas and electric boiler or heat pump.
