Mansard house project for two families with accommodation on each floor of a separate apartment. Such a house is the optimal solution to the housing problem for two families consisting of close relatives. For example, families of elderly parents on the first floor and young families on the second. It is possible to use one of the apartments for business. For example, for renting. Each apartment has a separate entrance.

The first floor includes a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom.

On the second floor there is a kitchen-studio, two bedrooms and a bathroom. For reasons of cost savings, the premises of the second floor are located in the volume of the roof.

The project is developed in two versions. The first option: the walls are gas block, the ceiling is reinforced concrete panels. The second option: the walls are a wooden frame, the ceilings are wooden.
