This is a project of a rational two-story house with four bedrooms, a terrace and a large balcony. The house plan is approaching a square. The first floor consists of the following rooms: a kitchen connected to the living room, from which there is access to the terrace, a bedroom or office, a bathroom, a hallway and a boiler room. From the hallway to the second floor leads dvuhmarshevaya stairs. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, a dressing room and a bathroom. From the two bedrooms you can go to the spacious balcony which is located above the terrace. Another balcony is located above the porch. Structurally, the house is simple, longitudinal bearing wall on which reinforced concrete slabs are supported. For heating, it is possible to use a gas boiler or electrical appliances such as an electric boiler or a heat pump.
