House project with attic garage and terrace.
This is a project of a five-room house with an attic and a garage of European architecture. The main idea of the project is to cover the house and garage with a simple gable roof. This solution is aesthetically pleasing and practical.
The first floor consists of a spacious kitchen-dining room with an area of more than 17 m2, next to which is a living room. If necessary, they can be combined to obtain a room of 36 m2. From the side of the plot, a terrace of 16.8 m2 adjoins the kitchen and living room. One of the four bedrooms is located on the ground floor. Its area is 13 m2. The combined bathroom is located next to the kitchen. In the main wall between the kitchen and the bathroom there are ventilation ducts. Entrance to the house through a spacious vestibule, which can serve as a hallway. In front of the vestibule is a porch which protects the balcony from the cages, located above it.
To the left of the house is attached a garage behind which is a boiler room. You can enter the garage directly from home. Under the stairs is a door leading to the garage. Between the floors, on the landing, there is a door to the large attic. The attic can be turned into a voluminous dressing room. Roof windows are designed for lighting.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms ranging from 14.5 to 18 m2 and a bathroom. The area of the bathroom is more than 5 m2. From the hall there is an exit to the balcony.
A similar project of a house with an attic garage and terrace is the Gorlitsa project. The difference from this project is that the kitchen is connected to the living room, and instead of the boiler room in the kitchen there is a pantry.
For the preparation of hot water and heating, it is proposed to use a gas or electric boiler or heat pump. In the case of installing a heat pump, the smoke and ventilation pipe from the boiler room can not be built. The use of a heat pump and reliable thermal insulation reduce the cost of heating by 4-5 times. In addition, in the summer, a heat pump can be used to cool the air.
Foundations are designed for ordinary soils with a freezing depth of 1.2 m. Strip foundations made of monolithic concrete. In order to avoid subsidence of foundations before the start of construction, it is necessary to carry out geological surveys and, based on their results, design the foundation. The outer walls of the attic house with a garage are designed from aerated concrete blocks with a thickness of 400 mm, the internal ones from brick. Floor ceilings - standard reinforced concrete panels. The roof is gable. Roofing - bitumen or metal.
The facades of the house are covered with decorative plaster. The inserts between the windows are faced with natural stone, the base - frost-resistant ceramic tiles. You can see a similar project of an attic house with a garage of 198 m2 here
Individual projects of engineering systems can also be developed: heating, ventilation, sewage. As well as the design project of the interiors.
