Comfortable mansard house with four large bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms. The house plan is approaching a square. The size of the house in terms of 9.6 x 10.2 m.

On the first floor, to the left of the entrance is the boiler room, if necessary in the boiler room you can install a boiler for solid fuel. The entrance to the boiler room from the vestibule. This allows you to bring fuel and take out the ash without entering the house. Behind the boiler room is a bathroom. One of the stairs to the second floor passes over the bathroom. In this case, under the stairs you can install a bath or shower with a washing machine. To the right of the entrance to the house is a large kitchen with an area of about 17 m2. In the kitchen leads the door from the hallway. Behind the kitchen is a living room, which can be combined with the kitchen or isolated from the kitchen.
